Micronizer

Formerly manufactured by the Micronizing Company (UK), The Infra Red Micronizer is a fully automated continuous system and can be operated 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We can supply this as either a stand alone plant or as part of a complete line.

The Micronizing System is designed to be a fail safe, low maintenance cooking process. When running on a daily basis (8 hours per day), the only operator involvement at the Micronizer is for start up.

Capacities vary from 200 – 8,000 kg/hr depending on the product and process parameters.

Energy source: Natural gas or LPG Propane. Typical energy consumption 0.082 kW per kg.

Feed Systems

We can supply feed hoppers, magnet and sieving systems, conveyors, elevators and pneumatic conveying systems to suit your operations and your installation.

Post Process Equipment

Depending on the requirements of your process we can supply spark arrestors, residual cooking vessels, flaking mills and coolers.
